Please note that MyBookr.io acts solely as an agent on behalf of the end client and is not the operator of these services. MyBookr.io is not responsible for the quality or availability of the services themselves. Operators are responsible for ensuring that all offerings, listings, and activities or rooms are available and meet the presented quality standards.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from using the services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or intellectual property infringement.

4. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for the services provided by MyBookr.io. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified during the transaction process.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Termination by MyBookr.io: MyBookr.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or any other policies.

Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available for services or products that do not meet specified requirements or standards. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Process:

  • Initial Contact: Email info@mybookr.io with your order number and refund request details.
  • Review: Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Operator Approval: The operator needs to agree to the refund. MyBookr.io is not responsible for refunds. The guest/client must directly obtain the operator's approval for the refund, so that MyBookr.io can process the refund.

1.2 Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution: For any disputes, contact info@mybookr.io. We aim to resolve issues through mutual agreement.

Formal Dispute: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration following the arbitration rules of Singapore Arbitration.

1.3 Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom services already delivered.
  • Projects that have progressed beyond the initial planning phase.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not issued. Refunds apply only to the full product or service as specified in the refund eligibility criteria.

Terms and Conditions of Any Promotions

2.1 General Terms

Eligibility: Promotions are available only to individuals 18 years or older.

Duration: Each promotion will specify its start and end dates.

Usage: Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. They are limited to one per customer.

2.2 Specific Promotion Terms

Discounts: Valid only for new purchases and not applicable on past orders.

Free Services: Offered as specified in the promotion details. No cash alternative is available.

Referral Programs: Referrals must be new customers. Rewards are provided after the referred customer completes their first transaction.

2.3 Limitations

Abuse: Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the forfeiture of the promotion.

Changes: MyBookr Operations Indonesia reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.

Transaction Currency

3.1 Standard Currency

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) by default. We support transactions in other currencies where applicable. The currency will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Xendit Payment Support: Xendit supports payments from all around the world using cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express). The amount will be charged to the cardholder in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), then converted to the local currency according to the issuing bank. You will receive the settled amount in IDR in your Xendit balance.

3.2 Conversion Rates

For international transactions, currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Data Transmission

Encryption: Payment card details are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology during transmission.

Secure Storage: We do not store payment card details. Xendit handles all payment processing securely.

4.2 Fraud Prevention

Monitoring: Transactions are monitored for fraudulent activity. Suspicious transactions may be flagged or declined.

Verification: Additional verification steps may be required for large or unusual transactions.

4.3 Compliance

PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment processing systems, managed by Xendit, comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
